As an Integrative Therapist, I combine counselling, hypnotherapy, and IEMT (Integral Eye Movement Therapy) with a holistic, person-centred approach to help individuals reconnect with their resilience, strength, and self-worth.

Using hypnotherapy and IEMT, I was able to release the toxic negativity I experienced during childhood and had been carrying around with me all throughout my adult life. This toxic negativity has affected how I view myself and how I react, and quite frankly has made my life difficult.

"I went to see Gav for support with some fear (bit like anxiety) I wanted to overcome when skiing. I was not sure what to expect however the session was very relaxing, we covered a bit of psychological background and discussed my concerns. I have now returned from my best ever ski trip and genuinely believe the hypnosis session helped ( although I really wanted it to work: in context I am a very black and white/ logical kind of woman so was really not to sure what to expect).
